What is a hop-on hop-off tour?
It’s sightseeing by bus along a fixed route. Get off at any stop, explore the area and hop on the next bus. All the way, the audio guide tells you about Warsaw’s history and landmarks.
How should I plan my sightseeing?
If it’s your first time in Warsaw, ride the full loop first and listen to the audio guide. Then choose the places you want to see up close and hop off there. You can use the bus as often as you like while your ticket is valid. You can also plan a route using our planner.
Where can I board the bus?
We suggest starting your tour at Stop 1: Central Station (Dworzec Centralny 12) — you can easily locate it on our map. You can also hop on at any other stop close to major attractions. A full list of stops and departure times is available on our map and timetable.
How can I see where the bus is right now?
Open the Where is the bus? page. It shows the buses live on the map, your nearest stop and the time until arrival.
How often do the buses run, and when?
First departures are around 10:00 and the last around 18:00. You’ll find the exact departure times for every stop in the timetable: https://warsaw.city-sightseeing.pl/rozklad-jazdy-2026/. Travel times may change due to traffic in the centre.
Does one ticket cover both routes?
Yes. Every hop-on hop-off ticket includes the Red and Blue routes and the audio guide.
When does the 24h, 48h or 72h validity start?
From your first boarding. A 24h ticket first used at 15:00 is valid until 15:00 the next day. 48h and 72h tickets work the same way: consecutive hours from your first ride, and they can’t be split across non-consecutive days.
Will I hear the whole audio guide if I board mid-route?
Yes. The recordings are linked to the places you pass, so if you ride the full loop you’ll hear everything. The audio guide is available in 12 languages.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. The ticket arrives by email; just show it on your phone screen when you first board.
I haven’t received my ticket email. What should I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders. If there’s nothing after a few minutes, email us at warsaw@city-sightseeing.pl with your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your chosen travel date. Once the ticket has been used, a refund isn’t automatic.
Are there discounts for children and seniors?
Yes. Children, seniors and students buy a reduced ticket, and the youngest children ride free. Families can choose the 2+2 family ticket, valid for 24 hours.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the buses have a wheelchair space. Each bus fits one wheelchair, so if the space is taken you’ll need to wait for the next bus. If you’re not sure your wheelchair will fit, contact us before your trip.
Do the buses run at weekends and on holidays?
Yes, weekends included. On major holidays the schedule may change, so check the timetable or the “Where is the bus?” page before you go.
Which payment methods do you accept, and is payment secure?
Pay by Visa or Mastercard, BLIK, PayU, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. Payments are encrypted and handled by payment providers; we never see your card details.
